I can't believe that I'm still losing weight. I had an ok week with a few issues of night time snacking and a made a few choices that were iffy, but otherwise, it was a good week food wise. It's unreal for me to be so close to my pre-plastics goal.

I also didnt meet my goal from last week to go check out cross fit, but i have recruited my roommate and her friend to drag me tonight and we have an appointment for 5:30, so now I'm going to get it done. 

Hope everyone had a great week regardless of what the scale says.

I will take a 1.4 lb loss.  The only reason I am disappointed is on Friday the evil scale said 163.  I am having a few eating issues at work.  I always pack my lunch and eat about every 3 hours EXCEPT for the graham crackers.  I work at I hosptial and we always have graham crackers around.  I have started eating one or two packets (ok, sometimes 3) while I am at work.  I have to stop it.  I am not hungry, I thinks it is because they are sweet and crunchy.  Luv that combination!!  Other wise it was a fairly good week exercise wise.  I thought the running and cross training on a bike was enough exercise until I did a bootcamp dvd.  Holy wow, was I sore after doing it!!!  So this week will include some yoga and bootcamp.    Hope everone has an awesome week!

Alison- Cant wait to hear what you think about crossfit.  I have seen the workout and wow it looks tough!!!

The graham cracker thing would be tough. Kind you find something that fulfills with less calories or carbs?

Good Morning

Today I am 6 months post op.  Last year at this time I was starting the process to have surgery.  I am so happy with the out come.    I finally printed out my before pictures.  Wow what a diffrence.  Plus I was a bit sadden by them as I couldnt belive how big I was or I let myself get to that point. 

Starting weight   369
Last week           272.4
This Week          271.20

Lost 1.2  and a total of 97.8

I have my last scheduled appt with my nut today.

2 week loss of 6.4 Last Monday I was at the Bariatric clinic and weighed in at 300.2 but didn't necessarily "count" it because I have no way to compare it to my home scale. So a total loss of 65.6 lbs in 18 months and 41.6 since April 2nd.

 HW: 361  CW: 337.8  Goal:  To come off most of my meds

Met most of my goals from last week, I went to the gym 3 times and am starting to get more comfortable there. I didn't do much weight training the past week though. My goals this week are to make it to the gym at least 3 times again, and to start familiarizing myself with some of the weight machines there. Maybe schedule that first personal training session.

I am a bit bummed.....due to continued hard stools (sorry about TMI) my gastro doc has demanded that I drop my protein and up my complex carbs. I drink a ton of water and am so bummed. I have stopped losing weight. It's been weeks since I lost a single pound. I am still working out which I am so enjoying. I guess I just have to go with this.

I still love my sleeve and know once I heal from the anal fissure (sorry for TMI) I will be ok.

 I got a rx for a laxative/stool softener called lactulose that worked miracles for me. It did give me a little gas/bloating but nothing horrible. Maybe ask your GI doc?
