Hello from France!

Just wanted to let everyone know I am still here. Well not at home and have not been rigid and stick with myself as far as diet. I will be on track back when home. Still limited but not feeling guilt with enjoying London, France, Spain, and Switzerland. Experiences all to new to me! I would have never been able to these things at 654lbs, my now dear husband and I relish in the activities that we are sharing in together now. We know that this is all possible now for us to share in since I have lost so much weight. He has loved me in my biggest and cared for me, and now we have enhanced our relationship even more with all we have been through and the shedding of over 400 lbs.

I will be posting pictures of our wedding and honeymoon. So many places and things that would have not been possible have been and become possible every day!!

Hugs and keep on trudging on because those NSV are truely amazing, Each and every one of them.... From the simplest to the giant ones, each is a milestone to yourself and even others that see or know you!!

My journey began, my journey has been, my journey is now, and my journey will not end!!
