OK.  Today is my 5th day of tracking.  It is not as bad as I thought it would be. I think it could grow on me.  I definitely have noticed that I think more about my food choices.

Next week, I hope to get my exercise intensity back. It's been a little lower with my intensity due to back and shin pain.

I may have posted too soon. I had an 'incident' in the managers office of my apartment building.  Let's just say that my carbs are a little higher than planned.
