Good morning everyone! I'm excited to see a lot of new people checking in here. I hope more people with chime in on the weekly post so we can get to know everyone (and all you lurkers!)

I want to thank everyone for their kind words and support - it was a big week for me. I finally broke through a 4 week stall and slid right into onderland. I know I probably won't have another week like this in terms on WL but I had a great week regardless so I'll just hit repeat :)

My goal for the week is to find some courage to go check out cross fit and hopefully get started. What will you be working on this week?

Lost 5 pounds this week

After 5 days of not losing, I have lost 5 pounds in the last 3 days!

Can't wait to be under 300!!!  23.5 pounds to go.  Hope I wont have to many stalls like those last 5 days.

My goal this week is the same as last week, I have to lower my expectations as I am not being realistic wih my weight loss, getting discouraged as soon as I don't lose for a single day!  This is hard, as I feel that eating so little should make me lose faster.  And I keep wondering how in hell I will lose when I start eating more?  I don't know if you understand what I mean, but this is my own personnal goal!

 Great job. I would encourage you to set some kind of tangible goal that you have to set up a plan, and know what steps you need to take to get there so you can track your progress and have something at the end of the week where you can say "I accomplished XYZ". The scale will not always be kind to us so we have to get our sense of accomplishment from some other source. Just my experience and the only thing sometimes that has kept me going for the last 2 years.

You will hit stalls. My longest was 20 days around 10-14 days out. It sucked, but after a while, you learn to roll with it. Most folks lose weight in chunks. If you click my profile (name under my photo), and scroll ALL the way down, you will see my weekly weigh ins. Some weeks I see a big loss, some weeks not at all, some I might have even went up (I don't count those though as they are water weight, gosh darn it!). It all adds up to 165 so far, so it wil happen, just keep working it.

Great job ladies.  Allison, you are putting some serious distance between you and the 200s.  I would think that it feels even more real.

My goal for this week is to get to the gym I just joined at least 3 times, and to get comfortable with the cardio machines. My other goal is to weight train at least twice this week, whether it's at the gym or at home with hubs. This coming weekend I'll be going to our lake house again, and I'm usually very active when I'm there... but I want to accomplish the goals I just listed before Saturday. Here's to a good week!

Good Morning

I missed the last couple of weigh in's.  Dh had surgery so I was busy with him.  

SW: 369
LW: 282
TW: 272.4 

For a total of 9.6 but this is for 3 weeks.
My goal for this week is to get over my fear of going out in a bathing suit.  I have a family party to go to its going to be hot and they have a pool.  I am going to get out there and go in the pool.
