A day that I never really imagined - Onderland!
That is an amazing accomplishment. I am so happy to see that it is in my reach too. I feel the same way you do when being in the 400's and you get to the 300's, it feels great. Then from 300's to 200's, it's feeling really great (well I am 5 pounds away from the 200's) and it just seems crazy that the next jump down is to the 100's and it will be a dream come true. I started out around 420 pounds and lost about 14 pounds before surgery. It's tough work but it's worth it. I always read your posts and I am truly happy for you. You have done an amazing job and to be able to run marathons is awesome. I know all about the stalls too. I hit those stalls and it drives me crazy. I wish I could put the scale away but it seems to have a driving force for me to get on it every day. I get frustrated when the weight stays the same for about a week, then I will get a 1-3 pound loss and then it stays the same again. Slowly but surely wins the race (well I hope not to slow, haha).

CONGRATS!!! You are such inspiration! My surgeon prefers RNY for my BMI of 52. He uses a 40f bougie and says VSG could only provide 50% EWL. I wanna show him your results!! of course your surgeon most likely used a bougie

That is really awesome! I pray so hard that I can write something like this one day.
I totally totally get what you are saying. The fact that I had/have so much to lose is just overwhelming to think what I did to myself and my body.
Just try to tell yourself and remember that you are owning that and you are owning your successes too.
