A little progress
BTW, I'm still not weighing myself. Although when I do, it tends to be on Friday. I can tell that I am losing inches. My butt and belly are smaller, and all of my pants fit better. Everything slides on easier.
My back is hurting so I am struggling with working out (or just standing). I am also retaining water...again This week, I will focus on decreasing snacking, increasing water, and going to bed early. Snacking leads to me drinking less water and taking in more sodium and calories.
This new time zone is kicking my butt. When I go to bed late, I struggle with my workout and I snack at bedtime. I actually get hungry at midnight or so, but I really need to be in bed by 11pm.
I feel fitter. I look good, I am stronger. I went down a size in underwear. But the last time I checked, the scale wasn't moving.
I'll take the progress that I have and build on it.

Im super envious of your ability to stay off the scale. My best effort got me 3 days scale free :((
