Group Hug!!!!
I know a lot of us are struggling right now - so here's a big old group hug.
All of you have given me courage and inspiration to keep going. I know that we will all reach our goals (whatever that may be) because we are super stars :)
It has taken me almost a full complete two years to realize something and fully embrace it - quitting is never an option. I may have bad hours, bad days, bad weeks, or bad months, but I will never quit. This is life - and unless i want to go back where I started - there's no such concept as quitting. It has taken two years of building new life style changes to fall back on when my will power fails - but I'm there. Once I realized this - I almost felt like a weight was lifted. I dont worry about a little binge or a day or a week "off plan" causing me to completely revert to old habits.
So my friends, let's dig deep and continue on our journeys that so few people and WLS people understand.
