Monday Morning Weigh In
HW - 420

I ate more carbs over the weekend than I ate in the whole month before....so, yeah. Probably didn't gain 4 lbs, but surely some water weight (overall i didnt eat too many calories, but just all carbs lol). Bummed but ok. It was worth every bite.
I was happy to see last week MMWI was already to the next page - we have a lot of new people and more people posting - fantastic and welcome to everyone. Hopefully everyone will check in here even if you don't want to participate in the weigh in portion - let us know how you are doing.
Ill be having my one year follow up with my surgeon this week - hopefully everything's good to go.

I thought we were going to have to crawl across that 199.99 line. But I'm now convinced we'll be dragging our bodies prone like a person crossing the desert (I was going for imagery).
Was hoping to get there by this Saturday (birthday) but that's not going to happen.

Overdid the wine a little Saturday night---Atl Meet and Greet---3 glasses over the course of the evening. Nothing compared with what I could drink pre op but certainly more than what I'm doing now. Strangely---didn't even get a buzz. Damn

Well - i like you imagination better because i was convinced this morning i was just going to have to lose another organ or limb to get under 200.

Seriously Oh well it will continue to come off when it wants to. While my calories have increased the last 3 days I've still been below the target amount to lose 2 lbs per week. I just wish my body remembered that Mondays are weigh in days! Have a great week everyone.

Another week gone by. It was a small loss for me. My weight loss is starting to slow down. Which means I need to bump up the excersies. I have been slacking with that. I need to find my motivation. It will come.

I don't really have a "goal" weight. I am just kind of shooting for 300lbs, then I will go from there. My "ideal" weight at 5'10" is somewhere around 160lbs, but I just can't fathom that even happening!

No complaints here. I am going to have to put the scale back up though. I have weighed every day making myself nuts....again. So I think I am going to have the hubs put it up again. I am going to watch the carbs this week. I have been a pretzel addict last week.
