Any tool will work for you, if you use it right. Finding the one that is right for and then using it. The best looking tools may not always be the right one if you do not use them! Keep sharpening and cleaning up and honing in on new ways to use your tool you choose!!

Just wanted to reinforce what you've already been told. I remember thinking around 250 that I wouldn't be able to hit my goal of 175, but today... that seems totally doable. I'm one year out. I'm still losing and I'm still working hard.

But you have to own your own success. If you need it (and I think most of us do, frankly), find a good counselor too.
