Thinking of trying something
OK- so let me know if this is crazy:
1 pound = 3500 calories. I am on a low carb/ 1200 calorie eating plan. So if I burn 500 calories a day and continue eating the right things I should loose a minimum of 1 pound a week I am hoping for more but at the minimum 1 pound a week, that does not include calories I burn from other daily activities
Now, I am not saying that I ONLY want to loose 1 pound a week but that this might help keep things moving. I will be 6 months out on the 30th and I am seeing that things are slowing down when I look at my monthly totals. So I hope this keeps things moving.

That's the math but I will say for the sake of your sanity, La Toya that your body may have other plans. It will work out in the end to that kind of average but you may lose 3 one week and nothing for 2 or 3. I *LOVE* math but it has seriously failed me in calculating weight loss. lol. If you can remember that it works out in the end you'll be find :D Good luck!

I really wish that calculation worked. I should have lost way way more. I find that keeping my carbs low is the main thing that works for me.
