X-POST= REALITY CHECK
I rarely cross-post, but I need some accountability.

I've been in a state of transition for 6 months. In particular, the last two months I have been living with a friend while waiting to move across the country. My temporary living condition was due to the blessing of the freakishly fast selling of my home. During that two months, I had gall bladder surgery and had to scale back my workout AND was taken out for a celebratory or farewell lunch/dinner/drinks at least 6 times per week plus 3 parties.
I enjoyed myself. I felt very blessed and loved. I have no guilt. Now, it is back to reality- a normal lifestyle. I'm in my own place again. I found the grocery store, and my refrigerator is stocked.
Things that I have to do (or go back to doing):
-breakfast= same 1 or 2 meals each morning which is almost all protein with a little vegetable
-snack twice per day, usually protein and 1/2 serving of fruit
-cook my own lunch or dinner daily, including tuna or some other fish for at least 4 meals per week. I always lose a lot of weight when I eat a lot of fish.
-about 1-2 glasses of wine per month as opposed to 1-2 glasses per week
-no grazing (new habit that I picked up)
-drink all of my water (habit that I strayed from due to the grazing)
-workout 4-5 days per week
-get at least 7 hours of sleep (lately it has been more like 3-5 hours)
I already met my original 1-year goal, and I didn't gain during the transition. So, I'm not stressed. Let's see what I can do between now and my anniversary on June 10th. I have other goals ahead of me.
