107 lbs. gone FOREVER
RNY on 02/06/12
I have no idea how, but I lost 9 lbs this week. That takes me to 353, or 107 lbs since my absolute heaviest. It's so crazy to me, I don't even know how to react. I'm glad, I'm encouraged, I'm in complete denial -- some part of me thinks I've just los****er weight lol and I wonder if I have it in me to lose another 193 lbs. But overall, I'm happy. I'm happy and that's what matters
Yay ^_^
Yay ^_^
What great news! Stay in the happy place and enjoy it! Sure you've got a road ahead, but look how far you've come!!! Hope you do something nice for yourself today.

WOW - take it however it comes :)
One thing that I think really helped me is not focusing on how much I had to lose. If you would have asked me 6 months, a year, two years ago whether I could ever imagine being close to goal, I would have just starred at you like "what's this goal thing you speak of " - I tried not to focus on how much I had because it was very over whelming. I am still amazed at the fact that I have lost a tall obese person!!! But, one pound at a time :)

This is awesome!! YES, YOU LOST THAT MUCH WEIGHT... Like it was said already, take it how you get it! The scale shows lower, it is what it is! LOST! Keep at it, be inspired by it and motivated. Between the NSV AND THE SV you are doing this! I to would say, do not look at the big picture. Notice and go with how much easier things are for you. My fiancé is always asking me weekly it seems if I thought I would have ever been doing the things I am doing today. I never even really thought about what it might be like and would have never thought it to be a reality back when I was at 654 lbs.
Take it step by step, inch by inch, day by day, and sometimes second by second. With dark there will be light, with light there will be dark.... Finding balance between the two.... Meaning enjoy and go with your loss... There may be times the scale shows pounds gain at some point... But even with that it can be water, muscle or something you will need to tweak. You will keep losing and get through those times if you stick to the EXCERSIZE and EATING right for you.... and know that you have lost and you will continue. At our larger weights, our bodies also have to adjust to the shock of losing so uch so fast. The distance will be shorter and shorter as you go and time flys by, really it does!
You are ROCKING YOUR JOURNEY!! FEEL GREAT AT WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED AND BELEIVE IT!!!
Hugs
