Another huge milestone for me !!

This one may be more important to me than most -

I'm finally overweight!!!! My BMI is is FINALLY under 30 - it's hard for me to believe i started with a BMI over 60.  Right now my goal is set as 180, which I think is fair for a pre-PS goal weight, and it's really hard to wrap my head around the thought of being 28 lbs from that goal.

The label of "obese" has been bothering me lately because I don't feel like I'm obese - and I know it's a stupid label that means absolutely nothing, but I hate it every time I go to the doctor and they give me my after care vist paper with a diagnosis of "obese". Those days will be long gone and behind me now :)

I've had the worst week from hell this week - this is just what I needed!!!

Oh those things that help us see light in our pathway when things get chaotic!! Way to keep trudging on, more victories will come and one of the sweetest golden ones is right in the near distant future!! You are very inspiring, to keep going, and know hard work really does pay off. But finding some things you love to do can help make it easier to keep going!! BMI is really over rated numbers. But I hear you on having it put in your face so much. You have come so far and are so healthy with lots of activity!

Hugs, you are ROCKING your JOURNEY!!!!!

MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!!         SHERRIE <3

Congrats Alison!

I know everyone says those BMIs are just numbers but when you start off where everyone on this forum is starting being under 30 is a HUGE accomplishment.

I love how you always fight the fight. Yeah we may whine and complain about the battle but you're always there afterwards with a new way to kick serious butt. Everyone's right you are an inspiration and I can't think of anything more wonderful for you than meeting this milestone.

Before too long I am sure we'll be reading about how you've met your goal and can finally tackle PS.

I look forward to each of your milestones and it helps keep me focused on my end goal.

So excited for you!

Keep it up!
