i was weighed today and am down 75 pounds in just 11 weeks woot woot im so excited didnt think i would lose it so quickly but im very happy

We all lose at different speeds, so don't freak when you plateau -- it's because you were smoking through the early phase!!!

Stay positive & keep on Losing!!!! Amazing how well you've done, be proud of this accomplishment!!!
