Monday Morning Weigh In
HW - 420
LW - 215

Goal - 180
This week is basically " do something different" week. Clearly, I'm not "stalled" - I'm just not losing weight anymore. So, my calories are going down to 800-900 max, and while i will keep working out, it's going to be lower intensity.
It's kind of depressing to realize ive realy screwed up, but i'm keeping it positive for now, and making the changes I need to make.

How did you screw up? You are 36 lbs away from goal, that does NOT sound like a screw up to me. That sounds fantastic, just think of how far you have come in barely a YEAR! That is amazing....don't be so hard on yourself. It is not all about losing weight super duper fast, it is about becoming a new healthy strong person. Look at everything you have accomplished, and if that does not help. Just know you are my hero! :) and have been since I met you. You can do this girl, I believe in you. You're a fighter, and you will get there.... you'll see.
Getting ready to go out of town---again---but wanted to get this posted.
Didn't get on the scale for ALMOST 2 weeks---I caved on Saturday. I think staying off the scale was more stressful than the daily up and down but going to try to hold out for a week this time.

Sounds good but I've had to change several meds (last week some labs were out of whack). One of them seems to be working as a diuretic (which tells you how this 4 hour car drive is going to go). We'll see next week.
Alison---I'm not sure where the H "screwed up" comes from! You've done great in my book! But I think change up is good sometimes.

Ive just gone so far off my plan...it's not even funny now. Im letting my emotional eating get the better of me and I feel like at some point, and I dont even know where, I let go of the reins. I did well for almost 2 years, but now...

Week number 2 of not weighing in. I am MUCH better not weighing every day. A little freaked out at weighing in next Monday. WHAT IF.....the scale doesnt move. :0) no matter what it will be ok. A pair of pants I was wearing 3 weeks ago fell off 2 days ago. So the body IS changing even if the scale isnt. I think once I hit goal I am not going to weigh for a month and see what happens. Just let my jeans be the judge.

Ok, so last week I showed a 6lbs gain. I have to say that since Aunt Flow is visiting I have been all over the place with my insides/thoughts and my body has felt crappy. I think today it is starting to resolve and Aunt Flow should be flying out soon!! I have since started being able to ride my outdoor bike and on Sunday was able to finally return to the pool. I am starting to get back into my groove of excersize and loving it! It is not easy when it comes to food. I love food and I have to stay focussed on what my body needs and not what my head stears its thoughts to.
Yes, this is not easy even with surgery as you all already know this. Knowing that, this is again my life long journey. I can hardly wait to make it to goal... but I know that Patiences is something that I have to hang on to cause it is not falling off over night!
I seriously want to get into Zumba and a gym as I want to have weight training on my core/back/butt/and legs. I am so in love with riding my bike outdoors.
