Hi all. I posted this on the VSG board but wanted to share it here as well. Feb. 16th of this year I had the sleeve. I have lost 50 pounds post op & 76 pounds total. As a heavyweight it's hard for me to notice the difference, since I am still so heavy-but I wanted to start celebrating the wonderful lil changes as well.

Honestly, it looks like you lost over 100 pounds. That is amazing progress. Not bull****ting you 1 bit.
