It's 4:30 am, dark, 37 degrees, windy, and I am leaving for the gym. I should be depressed.

But I am thrilled.

 Highest 320
Last week 182
This week-  No clue
Goal- 175

So week #2 of no scale begins.  Not being able to weigh was rough the first few days.  Not weighing in today is making me a bit nuts BUT over all, I am much better and not nearly as wound up about my weight.  Honestly now I am a little worried that when I do finally weigh in next week nothing will have changed.  LOL, crazy, I know.

Hope everyone has a wonderful week!!!

Well, that was a hellish 4 weeks.  Bounced from 273-278 lbs, mostly stayed at 273 lbs.  Stopped weighing for a couple weeks.  I'm 30 weeks out today, and for the last 3 days the scale has been at 270 lbs every morning, so I'm hoping it continues to go that direction again for a while.

HW: 380
2 Weeks Ago: 273
Today: 270
Goal: 175

I am back on track and rip roaring ready to go! I got this! I have my new favorite excersizing..... MY OUTDOOR BIKE!!!

I still have one stitch in and two open spots on my incision so cannot yet get in the pool! I really have missed it as it was a pay off each time I walked my miles on the thread mill. I have been walking to but not like when I can swim right after! All in time I will be back to my full operating self!

I am in the middle of 2 weeks of semi-clear liquid diet and "two a days"

Since last Monday I have only eaten chicken broth and sugar free Popsicles and Jello. It is not all clear because I am drinking protein shakes. I am averaging 90g of protein a day, about 10 net carbs, and about 800 calories. Also a min of 64 oz of water.

The funny part about this is that I actually find it easier to do it this way then to just make better choices.

I think the real key is work outs. I am working out twice a day for a minimum of 1 hour per session weekdays, before and after work, and one session a day on Saturday and Sunday. 12 sessions per week. All sessions except tor 3 weight sessions are intervals on the treadmill interval training with both running intervals and 10 degree incline fast walking intervals.

I am not talking about my normal workout where I work up some sweat and breath a little hard. I am doing all out, balls to the wall, max effort. At the end of the workout, if I am not sweating like a pig, completely out of breath and am totally dragging ass to the shower, it has not been successful. The only exception is I still do weights 3 days a week, and these are a little easier. I also ease up on my Sunday work out and call it recovery.
