Wow you look amazing! Congrats! Can you share what you were & are now eating. I am always looking for new ideas! What do you think has helped you the most through this process i.e. eating certain foods, banning certain foods, exercise? sorry i have so many questions lol I am in a stall and am desperate to break free from it.

i have always tried to stick mostly to th protiens, and avoid beef and pork and ham, because they dont agree with me. prior to surgrery i got into eating Boca and Morningstar Farms poducts, they take a little to get used to but they taste good and are packed with protien. im in a stall right now too, i havent lost like anything in almost 2 months now. i do eat carbs, i was eating them more than i should because everything else was upsetting my stomach, but im getting back into eating more protien in my day. i dont really do anything special. i try to get my 3 meals  a day in, even though im never hungry, i try to remind myself to eat. i chew chew chew my food, sometimes it feels like im never gonna finish chewing! when i had my last stall i said "F*** this" and ate only protiens and threw some veggies in through out the day, buckled down on my vitamins 2x a day and started losing again less than a week later and thats how i dropped my last 45 pounds. id say its time to do it again. and as far as work outs go. im 6 months out and im just starting to go back to the gym now. i was gonna go back sooner but life got the best of my for a while.
