Day 1 with no scale
I think that no scale for two weeks is an awesome idea. I am in the process of losing 10% of my body weight for surgery. I have tried not to obsess about the scale because I find I am never satisfied. I am eating 4 Medifast meals and one lean and green meal per day and no matter what I lose, I feel like it is too slow or not enough. I have just decided to let the nurse weigh me and focus on when I can schedule surgery. Last week she said two more weeks or so until I could schedule.
