Deserved every bit of it - kind of. Last week was a carb fest for sure. I worked my butt off too but not enough. Yesterday was a champagne brunch sooooo....yeah, enough said.

I'm up a lb. but it might be water/salt as I had a very salty weekend (including a crab feed- YUM!).
However, even if it's not- I kicked some serious exercise butt these past 2 days. I climbed a 4000ft mt and rode over 130miles in 2 days!
I'm pooped today though!

I was a total slacker this week, didn't go to the gym once. I was up to 274, a 5 lb gain.
I am tired of hanging around 270.
Today I started "Two a Days", working out morning and evening. I also started a diet of protein shakes and clear liquids. I intend to do this for at least 2 week. I need a kick in the ass
