Worst food week ever!

 I'm leaving my birth state for the 3rd and possibly last time. Some relatives and friends I may never see again. There will be parties and dinners, and my exercise is still limited because of the gallbladder. So, this week's candy obssession was a waste and has come to an end.  Time to get a grip and suck it up.

I have a new walking plan. I'm looking forward to being my normal self again.  This candy thing was abnormal for me even before the surgery.  But I'm sane again. whew.
Pre-liquid diet 392; VSG'd on 6/10/11; 5'9"; SW 368/ GW 195?
          
Pounds lost: mth1=26.7; mth 2=21.2; mth 3=24.8; mth 4=13.8; mth 5=14.2;  
            mth 6=11.8; mth 7=9.2; mth 8&9= 17.2

I've had similar issues. I too need to get a grip and get rid of all those extra carbs I've been indulging in.

 Well the good things about this is that you KNOW it can't continue and secondly you can get back on track starting with the next thing you put in your mouth 

BTW when I found myself slipping this week I took my Starburst & Sour Patch jelly beans to work and gave them away

Well, I will never give up candy for Lent again. I'm not even Catholic. I ate more candy this week than I normally would have in a 4 month period of time- let alone 40 days. My old "all or nothing" mentality crept back in.

It's ok. I'll be alright. I'm not going to beat myself up, but it is my responsibility to cut out the crap. I'm glad that I didn't make myself sick.

Tomorrow is all about the water. When I'm focused on water, I can't eat as much crap anyway. My goal is over 80 ounces. I'm also going to go through with my normal weigh-in tomorrow morning. I need to face up to it.

 You said it - you will be alright!  You recognize what happened, forgive yourself, learn from your mistakes and keep it moving!
