It may have taken longer than I thought, but I finally made it to the Century Club!!!! I cannot believe that in less than seven months I have lost 100.2 lbs!

I am living proof that VSG does work and if it can work for me, it can work for anyone! Keep rocking your sleeve VSGers! Thanks everyone for all of your support and encouragement!!!

awesome! i also had the vsg-in the past 8 weeks i have lost 50 pounds. i love my sleeve!! do you have any go to snacks or meals that you can share? I am always looking for new things to try :)

CONGRATS! No, I don't have any to go snacks or meals in particular. Almost 7 months out, I'm just getting to the point of trying to eat more food and less protein shakes to meet my protein quota. I'm still experimenting with carbs, fats and calories. I'm just add the point where I can add back veggies & fruits.

My main suggestion would be to keep eating and mix it up. Best of luck to you!
