I have been chasing the same 3 lbs around for the last 3 weeks. 179-182 I am not going to worry about it, becuase there is No WAY I can be as active as I am and gain anything but muscle. :-) My clothes are getting smaller. I think I need to stay away from the scale for a month or so......but hello, I am an addict, so I will be on it again next week. LOL

Stall finally broken.
I agree with you Kat, the scale is an evil, abusive deceiver, and I am also addicted. I weigh myself every morning. The up side of that is I may have stalls, but if I have a gain, I crank up the gym effort and nip it in the bud. I don't want a 2 pound gain to become a 20 pound gain.
You are so right about chasing the same few pound around, but feeling good. I did the same thing in my recent stall, but my fitness markers were improving. I can now run 1.5 minutes at 6mph before I got winded (a NSV). At the beginning of my stall I could only manage 40 seconds.
BTW, did you ever do the Bod Pod? If so what was it like?

I am so close to breaking out of the 300's I cant wait. The last time I weighed under 300 was 1998. I am 12 weeks out I still cant believe how fast the weight is coming off. I am so happy I had the surgery. I have bins of clothes that were too small. It was someday I will fit back in to them. Well some day is here.lol Many of them fit now. Its a chore to pick what to wear to work each day.lol

I'm not comparing myself in that way MOM!!! :) I've semi-accepted my weightloss as it is happening. Maybe because I'll be in the 200s in a few days, maybe because I've lost a few pant sizes, maybe because my confidence is higher, maybe because I don't feel like the absolute fattest person in WalMart when I'm there, maybe because I see my weight dropping slowly but surely and most likely because I FINALLY see a difference in my body :). No matter what, I'm always going to wi**** was faster and I am always going to be sad when the scale stops. I'm never going to stop trying to tweak my behavior to make the scale move faster!!!!
