Im sooo over the scale. I ate less than 1000/day, low carb for the week except Saturday and still, nothing.
So, Im going back to my regularly scheduled carbs and hopefully exercise, and I'm just going to forget about the scale for a couple weeks. I need a break. I'm not going to be going crazy and I'll still track and limit my food but I'm not going to think about the scale. If I lose, great, if not, nothing changed lol.

-0.8 Butttt I was down to 303 this week but then I went and got IV fluids on Saturday and it shot up to like 307 or 309 so it's slowly going down. I don't know what my real weight is. 303 was probably my weight while I was extremely dehydrated and 304.something is probably my weight while I'm hydrated. Damn! So close to the 200s!!!

Goal - To look sexy
So I had been floating around 195 - 200 for a couple of months now and have been happy there and feeling like I had hit my goal (see above). But after starting the Couch to 5K program I noticed some pounds starting to drop (exercise! go figure!) and this morning I was at my lowest ever! I also credit the lack of churros and funnel cake I ate at the SoCal meet-up on Saturday. I am totally happy here and don't expect to get any smaller. I'd like to just bulk up my upper body. But today is all about trying to job two miles. I couldn't even jog one mile in high school. Long story short; LOVE MY SLEEVE!
Do you have any interest in training for a half marathin in October (in long beach) - I think some OH friends of mine are going to do it. Think about it.

Had a good week. Just need to get in the groove of excercising. So my plan tonight is to go to the gym. Make my appt with the trainer and get going.

For a total of 61 lbs. I am so happy with the way I feel. My next goal is 299 only 9 more pounds to go.

Goal 175 then hopefully 150 but feeling athletic is the main goal!!!!
Excited to still have my BMI (which if really a faulty measurment, IMHO) in the overweight section. Working nights really screws with my food journaling. VERY happy that I was able to get up and jog before my shifts. Something I would have never done at my highest. I was always SOOOO tired and thought I needed extra sleep. Hoping for a great week. Getting to spend Easter with my family and NOT work!!!! Hope everyone has a wonderful week!!!
