Sleeve on Monday!

Good Luck to you on Monday!! I wish for you to have an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. I agree with taking pictures...It really helps you to wrap your head around as you start to lose more weight and your body changes... Keep them private until your ready to share... Keep track of your inches too... I wish I would have listened to the vets, but I thought it was crazy to measure myself I needed two tape measures taped together to measure my waist. I ended up getting upset and never did record the measurements, but when the scale stalls the inches are probably still coming off and it helps you to know your doing everything right.
I'm still fairly new at all of this, but definitely take pictures and track your inches!!

Not a vet, I am right behind you, getting sleeved 04/16. You are going to do great. Have you taken your measurements? Thsi time next week you will be a vet! Blessings, Sharon
