380 miserable pounds...night before surgery.

Today, 6 months and 3 days out, 273 pounds...

Don't you love the sheer look of terror on my face in the pre-op pic? Yeah, that was generally my expression when people wanted/needed to take pics of me. Couldn't help it.

Honestly, it takes looking at these over and over again for me to see the difference. 107 lbs lost is a lot, but my brain has yet to catch up.

You have a neck and a smile and slimming shape! You look amazing! Your head will catch up one day and realize the weightloss when you look at yourself!!
