Oh I LOVE this idea!

I am proud that I've been staying on my program. After having the flu I sorta stuffed my face for a couple of days and I had to nip that in the bud for sure and have been successful.

Despite the crazy stress of knowing I am moving but not knowing where to the last couple weeks I haven't really slipped up too terribly bad either. Plus the packing of boxes was GREAT exercise.

Also got the lead on some new exercise equipment that I may get once moved. Just hanging in there is a positive for me.

I'm proud of the fact that I have resisted the urge to be "scale watcher" I only weigh myself 2x a month.

I'm proud of myself because I say no more than I say yes to foods that are not wls friendly.

I am proud of the fact that I pack my own lunch and snacks for work everyday as opposed to buying food from the cafeteria.

I am most proud of the fact that I have been on track with my daily supplement schedule

Good question.

-I ran twice this week; once on the treadmill and once outside with a 5k running clinic.
-I met my deadline at work without stress eating.
- I avoided eating out because I spent all week losing the water weight from eating out twice last weekend plus lots of leftovers. Restaurant leftovers for me are evil because they just prolong the eating of salty food, and I extremely salt sensitive.
