Today was a beautiful day! The weather was gorgeous! We have been very blessed here in south jersey with early spring.

We decided to take the kids to the Philly Zoo. I walked the long trek from the parking lot to the zoo without any trouble. The zoo has some slight hills and we did the entire zoo. I would have never been able to do this last year.

It was a great day!

That feeling is the best!! Not burdening on anyone or slowing the group down! Being able to play and do with your kids!!

What a great post! Love this. I have issues walking too and keeping up with my kids. So days like this wears me out but they are so worth it for the kids. Thanks for sharing.

Great NSV.

My biggest regret  is that I was not a very active dad for my girls. I could not play sports with my daughters in the yard, and when we went to places like Disney World, I would find a nice bench while my wife took them on rides.

The fact that you are doing this now is the best gift that you can give them, an active, healthy mom.

I have felt like a prisoner in my own body for so long. I was missing so much! It is almost like a rebirth. I know it will take life long commitment. But I am ready for it!
