YAY I am so excited I lost my first 50 pounds. When i got on the scale which I bought with me from home. I burst into tears. When you are preparing for the surgery every one tells you how fast the weight comes off, but you think it will not happen to you. BUT I can tell you it dose. I haven't been at 319 since 2000 or 2001. Next goal is 299 which I have not seen since 1998.
