Big weight loss coming this week, but at what cost?

Well, I said that I wanted to step it up and lose a little more weight this week. I wanted to get to the 220s as soon as possible.  Well I weigh tomorrow, but I know from earlier this week that I probably will meet that sooner than I thought.  I will weigh saturday for my 9-mth surgiversary.

Unfortunately, I had a gallbladder attack that made me afraid to eat this week. So, my calories are really low.  I had no problem with reduced fat wheat thins and rf cheese stick, or almonds and banana or apple. It is whenever I ate meat this week, including tuna, I would feel awful. 

I'm feeling good today. I just ate some chicken. I'll know in about an hour or so if it will go ok.

Bottom line: my scale measures fat and muscle. I have loss some muscle this week. That annoys me. I lost in one week what took me a month to gain. I also lost some fat which is very good. 

I'll  hit the gym first thing Monday morning! I'm getting my muscle back!
