Had a good week. Getting ready for vacation leaving wednesday.

Lost 5 pounds this week very happy for a grand total of 44 pounds lost.

Omg what are you doing??? Our surgery weights are almost the same and you are 7 pounds less than me right now and I had surgery a month and a half before you. Seriously, wtf are you doing???

I don't know! I am just following the plan my centre gave me! I am shocked myself! I was supposed to have the RNY and they couldn't do it and the VSG was a complete surprise to me!

Swollen & retaining water, but...

297 -- I am happily outy of the 300's! Truth be known, I did have surgical help, so after the swelling goes down, it is all up to me, again!

Down 177 pounds -- I think that is more than my 5' 10" daughter weighs!!!

No surprise on the 3 lb gain...it's PMS bloat week, and constipation...ALL AT ONCE! WOOHOO! LoL So I'm not really gonna get bent out of shape, since I don't expect to lose this week anymore now that things have started regulating.
