HA, HA! Yes I have the "butt crack" too LOL It is weird. I am 8 months out and sorry to say, it is just getting worse. Oh well, nothing a TT/panni won't cure... Congrats on losing 31 lbs! Fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride!

Hate to say it----worse and worse and worse!!!
It can be fixed later.

BTW---if you haven't taken your measurements--do so now and record them. I regret not doing that early on. You'll want to do some comparing---particularly if/when you hit a stall. The changes are sometimes amazing.

Hey Sarah,

Mine looked like a butt, but I just had a panniculectomy on Wednesday - now the scar reminds me of a handlebar mustache!  I lost 170 pounds before my panniculectomy, and my butt looks great -- it was the new butt in front that really had me bummed.

The one thing to look at in a positive light, that "butt" may qualify you for "reconstructive" surgery.  Mine should only cost me $600 - that is my 6 month deductible (instead of 12 months, I opted for every 6, saving me the additional $600).  I outlined the classifications of panniculus - or pannus.  If you are a class 3 or greater (mine was 42 cm long, a class 5) it is NOT plastic or cosmetic, thereby allowing me reconstructive surgery.  No muscle is involved, so I have to work on tightening the upper abdominal on my own...

Keep working, and YOU will hopefully qualify like I did, and I still have probably another 100 - 130 pounds to go to hit a "goal" weight.
