Please help me with Compression Garments
How do you determine what size 'compression' garments to wear and purchase? My belly is really getting itchy (I guess from hanging) and I think it is time to 'tighten' things up as best as I can...I would greatly appreciate any tips/suggestions

I take it that you are planning to order online or catalog?
But my suggestion is to go into a Lane Bryant/Caice (or whatever it's called), Catherines or some other store where they can help you fit the type you want. Try on several different brands. Then you'll have an idea about the size. There are so many different styles from the pantie type to a full body coverage.
Also, since they are fairly expensive, I would go minimal at first-----you'll be changing sizes soon------yahoo. I use primarily Spanx and Just My Size.

I've tried both Catherine's and Slimpressions shapewear. Catherines is a lot like Spanx--and if you have a sizeable pannus, it doesn't do much but give it a funny shape. Slimpressions has more compression and doesn't roll down. I wouldn't recommend the regular panty--it doesn't go up the waist high enough, but the long leg shapers are great. They also have a great top for flabby arms that you can get with or without coverage on the breast area.
Both kinds are fairly the same prices. Slimpressions offers a no questions asked money back guarantee.

I got mine on ebay and I posted about it in my blog (see below) I ordered the size I was in at the time because they fit small and snug and I LOVE mine and I plan on ordering again and again from this woman. I paid$21 dollars with shipping to Canada.
