Welcome---it's great to have new folks here.

Congrats on your surgery! Even with a text book recovery, the first month to 6 weeks is kind of rough but each day/week gets better.

Hang tough and keep us up to date!

Hello and welcome to this forum! Starting out at a higher BMI is very doable and you are on your way!!! CONGRADULATIONS!! Having started out at a BMI OF 102.4 I know it is very doable!!
Each and every day in my beginning of my journey I had NSV's every single day!! The scale victories are wonderful but the NSV's are overwhelmingly great at times!

Keep coming here and reading... Posting... Sharing... This is what makes this forum work and be as great as we all want it to be. Never know when you may learn something, teach something, or just be the support you need or that may be needed for someone else at just that perfect timing!!

Hugs,
Sherrie

Not to play favorites but this the best forum in my opinion. It gets a little depressing on the main board when you see people that have less than a hundred pounds. Congrats on your surgery. I have a high BMI also. Please keep us posted and keep up the good work.
