So many NSV's

I am 5 weeks post op and I cant get over how great I feel.  I went back to work on monday.  In the past the walk from the Parking lot to my desk would hurt..  I would be out of breath and my body would hurt.  Its not that long of a walk. .  Now I walk in I dont hurt anymore. 
Same thing with the treadmill.  My feet legs knees back would hurt and now I can walk without pain.  I still have a long way to go but what  a great start.

The majority of my co workers knew why I was out.  I am very lucky everyone has been so supportive.  

 

Congrats hun! That's so awesome to hear. I can't wait to join you on the "loser's bench". My surgery is tomorrow! EEEEEK!

More will come and as they reveal themselves to you, it is the best feeling in the world.... For me almost better than a number on my scale!!

BTW, I can completely relate to the parking lot NSV.

NSVs are awesome---I remeber the first time I could walk to my office from the parking lot without pouring sweat
