Im skipping this weeks weigh in since I know the scale will be up due to water retention/swelling .
I hope everyone had a great week and I can't wait to see how everyone did.

Goal 150
Up 1.5 lbs from 2 weeks ago, but the clothes are looser and I am working out 4-5 times a week. I can start to see muscles, so I am not going to focus on the number, but instead, how great I feel. If I dont loose another pound, I can be happy. REALLY, I am actively living my life now and its awesome.

I'm barred from the scale until next week. I've been in my first real stall since January 18th, and I asked my hubby to hide the scale, since my period should be starting any day now I know I'm bloated, paired with constipation...anyhow, TMI, I'm not weighing until next Monday.

Miralax is my friend... I know your pain. Give it a week, I usually gain 5 pounds during period, laugh because it comes right off the next...

Same no change, but my clothes are getting baggy, so I guess I'm building muscle. I suppose I can live with that for now, but I would really prefer to live in the 180's instead of the 190's...

The combo of the previous 4 weeks PLUS 4 days of recovery from DDS work---something did the trick!

I've actually been really off this week and practically starving myself. One day I didn't eat anything at all. Another day I ate 3 handfuls of almonds all day and a protein shake and most of the other days I was doing similar things just a little more. Yesterday I had 1 protein shake and ate 2 whole meals and an ounce of almonds and felt like I was being the biggest pig in the entire world and thought I'd gain 7 pounds over night. Guess I should think about throwing the scale away like some of you guys...
