Hey y'all!

I'm new to the OH forums in general, but I was plesently suprised to see that there was a BMI > 50 Forum.  At my support group, I don't meet many people like me, with starting BMI's over 50 (or 60 in my case).   I really look forward to talking with the people that frequent this area and making new friends

That is great to hear you are connected to a local support group. These forums can help to fill in the gaps. There are so many forums in OH! It is generally a longer journey to goal being over 50 BMI, ESPECIALLY pending how high. Post, reply, and use the forums. I know it has helped me to stay aware, focussed, have questions awnsered, and even try to help or give suggestions to others!!

I hope that your journey has been good so far and filled with many NSV's!!

 Welcome!!!  This is my favorite, favorite forum!  I only found it a few weeks ago and I wish I had found it earlier!!  Best wishes on you sucess, you can do it!!!
