So I've been struggling since November with getting on meal replacement shakes and STAYING on program long enough that my hunger is a bit more manageable.

My goal? 4 days with NO CHEATING!

Guess what?? I am on day four as of today!

This is huge for me. I can't wait to find out the results next week on the scale. I know it'll be mostly water weight. But any weight loss after struggling with this will be more than worth it.

The hunger gets a bit better every day and I have yet to eat my husband or children.

Congrats!! this is a huge deal for us all on this board not just for u... we all deal with the same issues..... keep up the hard work.... its worth it believe me!!!

Thank you so much. Six months doesn't seem like a long time but it all depends on the perspective of the person going through it.

It helps to know I am more than half way through my six months and that with the remainder of my time I can acheive the weight loss that I need to meet my dr's requirements for wls.

I'll weigh in next week and see what the total loss was.

The weekend was harder but I stuck with the program.
