I will be going in for my first PT appointment tomorrow! Looking forward to ideas on best ways to get more strength in the areas that I am lacking!!

Hello everyone!

I am so happy I went to pt today!! I now have some great excersizes and now can take EXCELENT advice for thred mill use for aerobic and core strength. I am open to have all the help figuring it all!! For sure!!! Great excersizes for my legs and back,
They seem so simple but just starting out knowing I have these particular muscles!

 I have been doing PT for my achilles tendon and was AMAZED at the little things that they teach you that make such a difference!!!

I chuckled at two different PT folks -- to strengthen my Achilles tendon, they had me pick up marbles with my toes.  What they did not know is I have MONKEY toes!!!!  Easy peasy!

Glad they are giving you good advice!!!  I am thinking I need more work on my right quad, I keep pulling it...
