What are you eating today?
I had the sleeve gasterectomy on Nov 3. I was on a liquid diet for 6 week after my surgery, then on mushies for 2 weeks, then on to other foods. I haven't had any trouble with any foods, so far anyway. My dr wants his patients on 1200 cal per day. I know it is alot more than most people's plan. I really debated whether to follow it or not, but decided to follow it and if I didn't lose then I would try the plans I hear on here the most.
I have several things going against me though. I am 58 (in March), I have multiple medical issues, the most severe is rheumatoid arthritis, fibromylgyia, and osteoarthritis in both knees. I was told 2 years ago that I need bilateral knee replacements. I am in a wheelchair and am only able to walk a very short distance till I am in severe pain.
