Hi all, new to this forum.
I am Joanne. I am glad I found this forum. It is nice to see some of us in the same boat. I don't want to bash on the lightweights, but i get discouraged sometimes looking at their stats. It bothers me to see people starting their journey where I am now. It is nice to see people who get my issues being over 350 # starting.
Thanks for being here!
Joanne
Hugs out to you all!!

It's really nice to have this forum - because light weights really have no idea how much different this process is for us. We can't starve ourselves for 6 months, and then do a happy "ive reached goal" dance.
This is definitely one of my fav boards - so welcome!!

i don't want to sound like i am knocking the light weights journey. obviously they needed to lose weight too. glad they were able to do it early then when they get as big as i was when the light bulb went off. i know we all struggle with it, but i agree that they just don't get it as to what we go through.
Thanks for the welcome. i lurk you too!
