I'm slowly working off a 4 lb "gain" from 2 weeks ago, so at least that's a start. After a really horrible week last week, I'm doing much better mentally and physically.
I had a great weekend - tried kayaking and stand up paddle boarding and fell in love with both of them! I spent all weekend cycling and paddling, swimming, and running. I couldnt have asked for a better weekend vacation. Even with the stupid scale, I dont really care because I'm loving the fact that I am much more active now than I ever was and celebrating accomplishing some personal goals this weekend.
My goal for this week is to start learning how to manage stress - work is killing me and its really making my eating go a little off, soooo....that's what Im focusing on.

I don't understand SUPB, why would you want to stand when you can sit and kayak or canoe- seems like a lot more work? Maybe I'll have to try it for myself, as everyone is like you, raving about it.
Glad to hear you had a great weekend, I did too! I rode almost 100miles this weekend and took my new single speed bike out for a test ride and I loved it. Should work out really well for my flat morning commute!

I'm sooooo thrilled to be losing again, I certainly credit the absence of wheat to this loss- yeah for living Gluten Free!

After 5 minutes, I had to get back on my knees because it KILLED my legs - even now, my calves are reminding me. It's almost a total balance exercise - I think i might try it again just to work on that because apparently, I have none.
If I had to chose between that and kayaking though, I wouldn't chose to stand up on a board for a couple hours and paddle. Not as relaxing.
I might have to consider this gluten free or paleo diet ;)

Hey, I want to ask, how many times a day are you eating? I upped my eating to 6 times a day and 2 shakes and I am kind of thinking this might have made a difference...
Weekends I eat less often bc I'm busier though.

In all seriousness, I just saw you on the VSG board when I first came here (this is a new username so it shows I just joined) and I was just amazed at how much you lost and how you have such a positive attitude.
Veggies. Snacks are usually like 1/2 cup of cottage cheese or yogurt, or string cheese or 1oz things like that.
