Good morning and happy monday everyone! I finally broke through my awful stall and saw some results.
I have an extremely stressful work week this week, so its going to be a challenge, but im hoping to force myself to the gym 3 times this week. Ive already got most of my food prepared for the week so I dont have to cook/clean - no excuses not to work out!
How did the rest of you do? What kind of goals are you working on right now?

I am thrilled. I am in Two-town.
I now have a schedule where I hit the gym 6 days a week at 5:00 am before work. Mon, Wed, Fri, weights and Fartlek on elliptical. Tue,Th,Sat, Intervals on Elliptical and Treadmill. Sundays are walks in the woods if the weather allows.
This leads to my next goal; running. During my walk Sunday is tried running. I was able to run (really more jog} short distances. I am not winded after a minute or two, but I find the jarring impact bothersome. So far my knee seems to be OK (I have the beginnings of arthritis in my left knee), but what bothers me is it seems my head is being rattled.
Anyone experience this? Any advice?

Running bothers my knees from the impact but it has gotten better. I did it anyways since I enjoyed it. But, it was really killing my feet (i have plantar fasciitis/heel spur) so I havent run for weeks now because it hurt too much, but im ready to start again after a relatively pain free week. (well now i have other cycling related aches and pains but thats a whole other story).
I think was around 300 lbs or so when i was able to start running for 2-3 min intervals- before that, it was just a minute or two, and just a couple of those during my workouts. Before I stopped running, I ran 4.5 miles in an hour. I didnt follow C25K exactly, but the same principle and it works pretty well.
Make sure you stretch well too - its easy to forget but after a while, it will catch up to you if you dont!

No change but I did ride my bike for 6hrs yesterday because the weather was BEAUTIFUL! I was supposed to do a 35mile ride, but it was a sunny, clear, warm day so I added another 30 to make it a Metric Century! It was just too gorgeous to go inside.
I love that I can do that now- thank GOD for my surgery!!
Hoping to start Spinning 2x this week and getting into the pool for some swimming which I haven't done in months!

Just went and got my stitches out today. They say everything looks good and now I can start phase 3 diet. lol I was getting sick of liquids only. Its good to be under 400 lbs. its been quiet awhile.

Back to the YMCA today for swimming. Now that I'm far enough (15 weeks) out that I get my protein in EVERY day consistently, I'll be adding weight lifting starting tomorrow. So M-W-F will be my normal 1 hour, 1 1/2 mile swim; T-Th will be 30 minutes of weight lifting and 30 minutes, 3/4 of a mile swim. It felt good to be back in the pool after almost 3 weeks off...holidays and the sniffles, boo.
Current short term goal is to be 297 lbs by January 22nd; this is the day we leave for vacation. My husband and I met January 2010, and I weight 298...I want to be smaller than I was when we met when we go on our vacation! 13 pounds to go...
