Excersized tonight..... But feeling discouraged

I am trying to stay positive. I so want to get to the 200's.... Sooooo baaddddd!!

It feels like it just is not going to happen. I need to push harder or something.

I dont know what your current level of fitness is but you can try interval training - you can do a quick search, but its been shown to have better results than just exercising at the same intensity for a long period of time.

Also, if youve been doing the same workout for a while, try and shake things up. Your body "gets used to" the same workout - it will become more effecient at doing that same exercise and ultimately you will burn fewer calories.

Okay, I have to shout out on this one, too... I swim more than anything else, mainly because of my leg (old injury that cannot be repaired), but when I started adding walking & biking - BAM!

I am hovering just above 300, too!  Sucks, don't it :(  We are local, so if you ever want to straddle two wheels (or walk), give me a holler!!!  Hang in there, and you will break into the 200's!!!
