It was too good to be true that my body would ever actually lose weight 3 weeks in a row. Hasnt happened since I had surgery. Ughhh. But, I'm happy with that considering my carb fest last week. I tried to add a few more carbs for energy but went a little over board, so back to square 1 this week. Stocked my office with lots of low carb/high protein snacks and shakes, so I'm good to go this week.
The holiday parties are going to kill me though - my work has soo many parties that we have to go to and its all alcohol, fried food, carb heavy foods, and more desserts than the cheesecake factory!! I am not willing to eat that crap so it has not been fun to stand around and watch everyone else pig out. The last 2 weeks ive been feeling a little more....tempted by those things even though I know i will not do it, it's very hard. I am grateful that the last 6 months have been relatively easy in terms of a lack of cravings and temptations, but I know now that I really have to get my head on straight and avoid the junk. Celebrating my 6 month surgiversary was a good re-focusing point for me - I feel great and ready to tackle the week :)

1. I took half the week off from the pool b/c my B12, D3, and protein levels have all been low and the fatigue finally hit me...I took the time off to double my vitamin regimen and added an additional protein shake.
2. I've felt bloated for the last few days...it's far more noticeable for me now that I'm used to my clothes being loose. My cycles are still normalizing post-op it seems.
3. I'm probably not going to lose weight every week...as sad as it makes me, I have to keep telling myself this. However, aside from weeks 3 & 4 when I was very sick and in and out of the hospital, I have lost every week. Oh reality, thanks for dragging me back.
I entered the hospital at 379.6 on 9/26/11.
I left the hospital on 9/29/11 at 380.2.
I weighed in this morning (11 weeks) at 325.0.
I had hopes of 300 by New Years, now I'm questioning the likelihood of that.
I cant believe how weird it is to actually feel bloated! I used to just be so fat that I never actually noticed if i were bloated or not - such a weird twisted NSV!!!
