3rd Surgiversary... 220 pounds lost

Three years ago today, I was blessed to have my DS. I am so thankful for the OH peeps who told me about it, so that I decided to have DS instead of the RNY I had scheduled. I am thankful for this life-saving surgery and for the new life it gave me. I am thankful for all the great friends I’ve made through my DS family – love you guys! Now, for the stats:
* 11-26-2008: 380 pounds; BMI of 67 (Super Morbidly Obese); Size 34 or 5X
* 11-26-2011: 160 pounds; BMI of 29 (Overweight); Size 10-12 pant; Size 14-16 top (because of my large boobage)
* Gone: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesteral
*  I still have Sleep Apnea but it is at the very lowest level & I am trying just a mouth piece, instead of needing the Bi-Pap or C-Pap
