I was worried and wondering has any stalled for over a month. I am at my six month mark and have not lost any weight this last month.  I an scared and sick to death. Since my B.M.I. is super high.  Losing 135 pounds. May seen like a lot it a whole person.  But, When you still have another 110 pounds to lose just to be close to a normal weight. I lose seventy pounds since my surgery. But, I can seem to get under 250 pounds.  The last month my weight has jumped between 265 -252 back and forward for a whole month. Today it is 255 pounds  I have heard that people who lose alot of weight before surgery have harder time losing after surgery.  I should happy to be at 250 pounds. Instead 365 pounds. But, would love to get under 200 pounds. Have been under 200 pounds since jr High school.  Don,t even know if.  I can even do it.I been exercising and eatting my protein.  I have finally been able to get some real food down in small amount. After months of living on protein shakes and yogut. Every says things will get better. The weight will come off.  But, what if it does not.  This week is Thanksgiving and I don,t feel thankful at all. Every body will ask me how much weight have lost. To have to say nothing changed in a month.  I feel like everybody will be judging what I put in my mouth.  I am not looking forward to Thanksgiving.

First of all what a weight loss-- that is great.

And my response is- I don't know -when they ask --because I only weigh once a month so honestly I have no idea how much I have lost.  I just say well last month it was around ???.  It really is none of anyone's business.  Just be polite and say thank you! Most courteous people will say wow you look great and if anyone is giving you a hard time about how much- you honestly do not have to answer them.  Just say something like hey Im feeling better and that is why I chose to do this, so I could live longer be healthier and be happier.

I think everyone seems to stall between 6-8 months.  Get your protein drink your water and move.  Don't you think your bigger self would kick your butt for thinking this way???

As far as what they are judging about you-- let it go.  Only you can give them the power to make you feel that way.  My mother is the complete food police and I just remind her she is not on duty. With that I will not allow her to make me feel like I have eaten or done something wrong.

Hang in there! All you can do is your best, give your body a break, that is a lot of loss amazing.
Have a nice thanksgiving and hug the ones who love and support you !

Ive had three week long stalls - nothing unusual about that.

How many calories are you eating? Are you tracking? Carbs? Give us an idea so we can offer some suggestions.

For the past 4 or 5 months I have 4 to 5 week plateaus and then drop 15 to 22 lbs. I believe this is normal.
You are doing great! Our loss is our gain....oh the freedoms!!
