Up a pound...ugg...but it's my own fault. I didn't get to gym once this past week- it was so crazy! This time of the year is always nuts, but I've committed to working out 3x this week!

I clearly did not fare better. It's not even TOM so I just can wrap my head around the scale #. My daily avg calories is around 900 last week, and I went to the gym 5 times in the last week - 3 spin classes, 2 days of jogging, and 2 personal training sessions.
I lost more weight during pre-op eating 1800 cal/day while sitting around. I know I just need to patient but this week is just a mentally ****ty week. I'm working so hard with so little results.
At first I decided I was just going to stop working out this week because clearly, my work outs dont matter, but I grabbed my gym clothes this morning and I'm going to spin class after work ( i guess its good that im a little bit addicted - it'll keep me from my self destructive tendencies for now)
All I can do is hope for a better week.

If you don't get enough calories, your body will hold on to everything it does get because it needs it for all the energy you are expelling. I bet if you upped your protein a bit so that you were at 1100 or 1200 you find yourself dropping weight.
Also, are you sure your drinking enough? If you are sweating as much as I do in spin class, you should be around the 100oz a day mark.
Hang in there, and good luck- I bet you are building lots of sexy toned muscles that will shine through once you drop the flab!

I am usually around 120-150 oz of water. I sweat like crazy - so I usually get 40-50 oz or so just before/druing/right after working out.
I'm very happy with my muscles - I know ive lost some as its part of the process, but my biceps are looking pretty good :) (and my legs are pretty solid too)

Which is why it's best that if you are going to add calories, make them healthy- it might help the transition, and it will totally help with the weight loss. Good job on the water, that's awesome!!
