This is for anyone who would like to participate, pre-ops, post-ops, non-ops, backsliders, and Back on Trackers. It's something we used to do every week, but somehow got lost.

i had my RNY 2/09 an have been slow but steady losing.. untill recently.. i've not been sticking to a food journal just been eating a lil of whatever... and well i can tell u thats not working.. most the time i realy think i still dont eat enough as crazy as that may sound to some of u.. its just how things are with me... i still really have no appetite.. most days i force myself to atleast get in some protien.. i do much better when i plan meals an stick to them.. gona have to get back to that.. i missed the weekly weigh ins.. :)
