My intro..
I have been apart of this community since December 2010. I don't post much but I read the posts daily. I live in Georgia, my surgeon is Dr. Christopher Hart and my surgery date was August 31, 2011 at 7:30 am. I was sent home the following day. I am currently drinking protein shakes and Unjury chicken soup and lot's and lot's of water. I am so happy to be on the losers bench and look forward to the next leg of this journey.
I usually check in the VSG forum now that I have had the surgery I want to get situated some place and this is the place for me. I was off the charts BMI before I knew what a BMI rating was. I had the Vertical sleeve procedure. I have a goal listed but I just want to do the best that I can with what I have to work with and hope to offer encouragement and support to others as reading the posts here have encouraged me.

Congrats on your surgery. This is a great forum, but its kind of slow so I'd still hang around the VSG forum - there are enough great people there :)
